Youth Autumn Camp in Japan: Tokyo and Kanazawa Cultural Exchange
Join Global Connect Foundation for a youth summer camp in Japan focused on culture, friendship, food, and light adventure. This group program introduces students to everyday Japanese life through city exploration, local traditions, school visits, cultural activities, and shared travel experiences.
Participants will travel between Tokyo and Kanazawa, experience bullet train travel, stay in group accommodation and hotels, and take part in a balanced program of sightseeing, food exploration, hands-on workshops, and community-based learning.
The camp includes walks through historical areas, visits to cultural centers, local cafes, gardens or scenic viewpoints, handmade craft streets, art spaces, bookshops, museums, and well-known Tokyo areas such as Shibuya, Ueno, Shinjuku, Tokyo Skytree, and Hachiko. Students will also have opportunities to try traditional meals, local desserts, Japanese snacks, matcha or tea experiences, and cultural workshops such as pottery, cooking, or calligraphy.
